Job Description 

Sr Commercial Construction Estimator

 

Join this busy and stable commercial construction company using your cost estimating experience.

 

You will be performing take offs, soliciting and analyzing bids from subcontractors, working with business development to generate leads, assisting the purchasing department in contract negotiations and awards, building and maintaining relationships with subs, and various organizations through cold calling, meetings, and industry functions.

 

You must have estimated retail, restaurants, fast-food and other similar projects in the San Antonio or surrounding area.

 

This is an immediate need for a qualified candidate!

 

 

 


Job Requirements 

A degree in Construction Science or related is desired.

 

Must be professional, possess a calm demeanor, strong communication skills, respect for co-workers, and a great team style.
