Lemont, Illinois has a rare opportunity for a Registered Dietitian to manage their dietary deparment.
The candidate we seek will have prior experience in a skilled nursing center with indepth knowledge of menu planning/extensions, budgets, food preparation and presentation,
kitchen sanitation, survey process, assessments/documentation and the MDS.
