Grand Canyon University is currently seeking talented, energetic Enrollment Counselors to join our Health Sciences Enrollment team.

 

Roles and Responsibilities include:

 

•           Outbound calls to prospective students who have requested information

•           Provide guidance and assistance through registration and admission

•           Continually contact all leads

•           Build rapport and reinforce student expectations

•           Meet monthly enrollment goal/expectations

•           Maintain high level of customer service and student retention

•           Work well in a team environment



Job Requirements

Successful candidates will have:

 

•           Bachelor’s degree preferred

•           2 years related experience

•           Ability to multitask in fast paced environment

•           Innovative; ability to develop strategies and generate new leads

•           Strong phone skills and ability to maintain high sustained activity

•           Ability to understand and overcome objections

•           Attention to detail
