Account Support Assistant


In this position you will assist the account management team to grow our business within our existing account base and new clients.


Account Support Assistants will assist with all aspects of the customer experience. You are a self-motivated individual who can provide professional, courteous and prompt response to our account management team and clients’ needs or concerns. The result is a high level of customer satisfaction and user experience.


The successful candidates will work closely with existing customers, manage existing service agreements and increase business within these accounts.


Tasks

  • Assist in the preparation of account documents such as MSA, SLA, SLA Addendums, etc.
  • Make appointments with clients for the account management team.
  • Answer customer questions received via telephone or email.
  • Ensure current status of accounts and prospects within company tracking systems.
  • Research status of software licenses and hardware maintenance agreements.
  • Notify clients when licenses / agreements are about to expire.
  • Track status of projects and assignments within the branch.
  • Participate in meeting arrangements (prepare meeting, training, and seminar facilities).
Requirements

Desired Skills

  • Experience with supporting clients who utilize outsourced technology services.
  • Ability to absorb complex technical concepts in a short time frame and communicate them to a non-technical audience.
  • Understand Microsoft infrastructure technology solutions as they relate to business operations.
  • Ability to discuss, in business terms, the benefits of outsourced IT solutions.
  • Display initiative and be capable of generating ideas for campaigns and recognize quality opportunities.
  • BA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record.

 

Required Skills

 

  • Ability to communicate confidently and effectively at levels sufficient to identify and qualify opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Ability to understand functional requirements.  
  • Three to five years of account support experience.
  • Organized and methodical, strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Strong PC skills (including Microsoft Office, databases, and other software specific to the company)

Compensation depends on experience. All employees are able to take part in our excellent benefit package to include medical, dental and 401k.
