Description
We have an immediate opening for Store Manager Positions at this Auto Service Centers located in greater Ft. Myers area. We offer excellent pay and benefits with a generous commission structure.
About the Position
- Leading all activities within a shop to achieve positive sales/profitability results.
- Proven Closer with above average closing abilities.
- Looking for the Best Of The Best
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through the direction of shop staff in the performance of quality vehicle repair and maintenance services.
- Basic business management skills and budget management are necessary.
- Controlling outside purchases, implementing preventative maintenance programs for shop equipment, ensuring that quality service work is performed on customer vehicles.
- This center puts extreme emphasis on customer service. If you don't really enjoy impressing customers, try another company please.
- Lead and manage the human resource at the facility to promote effectiveness of every employee and promoting teamwork within the shop.
- Promote the shop and its services through exceptional customer interactions.
- Ensure shop is clean and presentable at all times.
Requirements
- Experience in the automotive industry is necessary.
- Proven sales experience.
- ASE Certifications a plus, along with High School or Tech School Degrees.
- Qualities of leadership, motivation, management, customer service and counseling.
- Ability to improve facility sales while also retaining customers loyal to the shop.
- Knowledge of point-of-sale software programs, and the mathematical skills to create billings, estimates and to control inventory levels.
- Strong computer skills, ability to adapt to point of sale software and multi task in a fast paced environment.
- Superior ability to relate to customers and vendors.
- Demonstrated experience in store management operations.
