Property Manager-Long Island City, NY

A dynamic and growing real estate investment company currently seeks an individual to act as Property Manager at a Commercial building located in Long Island City, NY.  The right candidate will have a strong desire and potential to grow with the needs of the position and organization.  The position requires an excellent operational background as well as superior marketing skills.  The Manager will be directly responsible for prospecting to local businesses and organizations to increase occupancy and overall performance of property.  This position reports directly to the Division President.

Position Requirements

·        Five (3) years of successful property management experience

·        Proven track record in managing property

·        Previous experience in supervising 3 or more people

·        Strong background in business development

·        Team player with excellent leadership, supervisory, analytical, technological and reasoning skills.

·        Self-motivated, responsible, accountable and mature.

·        Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

·        Highest levels of honesty, integrity and ethics.

·        Proficient in personal computer skills and in business-related computer software, including Microsoft Office products and use of e-mail.

·        College degree preferred
