Candidates should possess the following skills and attributes:
- Team orientation.
- A minimum of 2-“busy-seasons” of public accounting experience for the staff position. Senior positions require more experience but with an emphasis on requisite skills and not time in grade.
- Confidence to interface with key decision makers at marquee clients.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- CPA candidates will be considered.
