Client Service Supervisor (CSS)

As a Spherion Client Service Supervisor, you will be largely responsiblie for:

• Sourcing, Recruiting and Interviewing for professional, office clerical and light industrial positions, developing new and creative sourcing strategies for open positions, coordinating recruiting efforts such as job fairs, conducting reference checks, and building relationships with client managers to assist with their recruiting and hiring needs.
  • Delivering excellent customer service and responsive client communications
    • Collaborating with your peers to enhance work processes
      • Business development to grow the business
        • Participate in local professional, business and civic organizations to enhance personal development and to promote company recognition.
          • Conduct Sales Calls to existing and prospective clients; perform outside sales activities with the Branch Manager

Minimum Qualifications:

-          Four-year college degree &/or 2-3 years of related staffing industry experience,  with emphasis on business development, recruiting and the interview process.

-          Strong bias for action

-          Adept at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment

-          Excellent customer service skills
