QUALIFICATIONS OF THE POSITION:
Education/Certification:
Required Knowledge:
- Prior experience as an educator or administrator in the K-12 market a plus.
- Strong knowledge of funding sources and bidding requirements in the K-12 market.
Experience Required:
- Existing network of district-level administrators within the territory is preferred.
- Minimum 2-4 years successful sales experience in the K-12 market, preferably district level education sales.
- Software or ASP sales experience is required.
- Experience in handling a multi-state territory with multi-task responsibilities.
Misc:
- Employee must reside in the southeast part of the United States.
Skills/Abilities:
- Strong PC skills, including knowledge of current administrative software for handling word processing, spreadsheets, and other tasks required to perform the job efficiently.
