Property Manager

A leading Real Estate Investment Trust company is seeking a skilled, dedicated and motivated individual to manage a property in the Pueblo, CO area.

As a Property Manager you will maintain property operations by marketing to new residents and serving existing residents with outstanding customer service; you will also oversee the operational aspect of the property to include, but not limited to managing and hiring employees, maintaining financial P&L and budgets, maintenance and inspection of grounds and obtaining bids for maintenance contracts.

• 3+ years experience in Property Management or Hospitality Management
• Must have a proven track record in sales and marketing
• Experience managing multiple employees and building exceptional teams
• Strong customer service, public relations skills and the ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to partner with Regional Management to provide fast and accurate financial reporting
• Excellent operational and management skills
• Must possess ability to create and maintain a budget and have the ability to analyze financial data and provide accurate and timely reports.
• Computer literacy a must
• College Degree preferred
