Here's what the ideal candidates would have documented on their resume:

Experience auditing VA (preferred) and/or Conventional loans to resolve potential errors in the loan files

Experience performing quality control (loan review) audit of files from start to finish to find (and hopefully correct) errors in underwriting, documentation, etc.

Review files that have been sent back from investors to determine why the loan was rejected
