Esthiology Instructor Summary:

Provide leadership, educational and coaching support to all students at the Aveda Institute Chapel Hill. This individual will provide a high level of education to students on Aveda and guest care techniques.

Requirements for Esthiology Instructor:

  • Creative, dedicated and possess a strong desire to serve others.
  • The successful candidate will have a passion for educating, coaching and developing others.
  • Salon industry experience, a valid North Carolina Cosmetology
  • Strong willingness to Lead By Example
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Committed to maintaining a cooperative team environment
  • Prior Aveda experience a plus however, we are willing to train the right person!
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule; days and hours will vary based on business needs.
