The Charge Master RN is primarily responsible for maintaining the CDM; improving the flow process of maintenance; working collaboratively with facility personnel, IS, management and preferred vendors; monitoring compliance with Corporate, Federal and State guidelines; prioritizing; maintaining timely turnaround; serving as a resource when necessary; performing periodic audits; monitoring facility charging mechanisms and systems. Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements

Registered Nurse license or LPN with CPT/ICD-9 Coding Certification preferred

A minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing, LPN or other related clinical profession is required

Minimum 3 years related work experience required as Charge Master in an acute care hospital
