Description Job Summary:
Prepare estimates for conceptual, design build negotiated projects. Will work on a bid team in all aspects of Mixed Commercial construction projects and Public Works Type projects.

Estimating utilizing computerized spreadsheets and programs.
Excel,Timberline.

Bonuses, stock ESOP program. This company well above industry standards.

Positions available in Dallas San Antonio and Houston.

Requirements Four-year Architectural/Engineering degree or equivalent and/or experience.
Estimating techniques utilizing computerized spreadsheets required. Timberline
Experience in mixed commercial construction ground up projects,
Experience with and proficient dealing with Clients, Subs,
and Architects.
