Account Executive - Distressed Assets

Strong mortgage sales skills required to actively participate in the acquisition and liquidation of distressed mortgages.  Successful candidates demonstrate the proven ability to think critically and creatively in order to determine bid prices and loan-level exit strategies. Candidates must have proven history of consultative selling and strong negotiation skills. This sales position requires high energy, very high attention to detail, strong work ethic, solid technical aptitude and a strong sense of personal accountability, responsibility and achievement.      

Responsibilities:

• Work independently to develop and maintain the proper business plan for the liquidation of each asset.

• Maximize total return for each assigned asset through the analysis of property efficiencies and identifying opportunities for improved performance.

• Participate in the due diligence of collateral condition and establish asset value.

• Negotiate sales with prospective buyers and conclude sales transaction with limited oversight.

• Internal contact with other departments and externally with customers and service providers.

•  BA/BS degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field is preferred.
• Residential or commercial sales / originations experience is a must.

• Management experience is a plus.

• Solid analytical and organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

• Ability to manage a workload that may include extensive hours and weekends.
