Western seeks strong managers who enjoy working with people and will run branch activities including creating and implementing new ideas that align with the credit union’s core values, coaching team members to their fullest potential, training to cross-sell products and services, ensuring operational integrity, and reinforcing accountability and ownership.

Requirements
Position requires a high school diploma and a minimum of 3 years experience in leading and managing a sales team in a service-focused environment or related experience in a financial institution. The candidate must have experience coaching and motivating front-line employees and sustained operational soundness. Candidates must be recognized as an enthusiastic positive agent of change who leads by example. This person must have thorough knowledge of banking services, products, procedures, lending and must also have strong financial insight, and understand how the financial markets impact the credit union industry. Finally, the ideal candidate must be a proven developer of talent with his/her organization.
