Sr Project Scheduler/ Associate Project Scheduler
1. Directs and supervises subordinates in the performance of detailed planning/scheduling activities for compliance o contract requirements and internal reporting analysis requirements.
2. Directs and reviews the preparation of technical reports according to applicable Project requirements, internal requirements, and Client Contact requirements.
3. Assist Project management team in preparation of all Project Controls reports including but not limited to scheduling updates and analysis, progress reporting, Cost reports, change management, reporting, and various internal and external reporting for management. Additionally, provides management analysis and reporting for special and specific items that may occur during a project life cycle.
4. Reviews and issues accurate and timely reports and correspondence to the project team as required.
5. Works directly with or can function as the project Manager and Project team Members to identify and resolve problems in the area of technical expertise.
6. Reviews and ensures communication of all project related reports to ensure the requirements of the clients will be met in a timely fashion.
7. Implements and maintains compliance of Company Quality System requirements relative to responsibilities.
8. Provides additional analysis and reporting to Corporate Management as well as external clients as required.
