Description

Initiate collection calls after analysis of portfolio and establishing collection priorities.
Research and reconcile billing and pricing issues.
Approve new orders for past due customers.
Negotiate renewal terms with fencing customers.
Process accounts for bas debt write-off based on written criteria.
Process payments on COD orders.
Meet monthly collection goals set by credit department.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Three to five years related experience or training.
Ability to interact with employees and customers at an organizational level.
Requires use of good judgement to plan and perform tasks.
Ability to present information both one on one and/or to small groups.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, etc.
Ability to define problems, collect date, establish acts and draw valid conlusions.
