Job Duties & Responsibilities 
Drive full cycle recruiting process: sourcing, recruiting, screening, and evaluating candidates. Develop a pipeline of candidates. Develop behavioral and competency-based interview questions. Develop job-appropriate screening questions to be used in the online application process. Conduct reference and background checks. Close candidates and clients and negotiate employment offers. Assist in the gathering of customer information for the Tempworks database.

Job Requirements 

Requirements

We require the following skills:
5+ years recruiting experience working a blended desk. 5+ years of proven staffing industry sales experience. Degree preferred. Demonstrated track record sourcing and identifying top candidates. Must be computer literate and have experience with MS Word, Outlook, and Excel. Excellent interviewing, testing, and evaluating candidate skills. Experience using Web-based applicant tracking systems. Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, methodologies, and best practices. Have exceptional communication and time management skills.
Detail oriented and a self-starter, with the ability to work with little oversight. Handle tasks and priorities without losing composure and focus in a fast paced environment. A self starter. Business minded individual with a high energy level. A good sense of humor.
