Job Description

We are working with our client in the search for a Senior Director of Patient Financial Services for their corporate office located in North Carolina. 

 

The Senior Director will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing efficient and effective operational policies, processes and best practices for the leadership team overseeing key operational and financial decisions pertaining to the patient revenue cycle.  Assist in evaluating purchases, contracts and services provided by external vendors to ensure best pricing and effective results.

 

 



Job Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree is required and a Master’s degree is preferred. 

A minimum of five years progressive management experience leading large multi-disciplinary teams in an operational finance, customer services or healthcare business office environment required.  Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic, results-oriented environment with a proven track record of successfully managing a large team in an organization that embraces change and innovation.
