Shift(s): FT position

Hospice of the Valley has an immediate opening for a Regional Technical Support Representative supporting our Phoenix Metro East Valley locations.  This position is responsible for installing and troubleshooting PCs, Blackberries, laptops, printers and additional peripheral equipment.  Other duties include performing onsite PC and operating system repairs and upgrades, triaging technical support issues, resolving customer requests and answering the Help Desk line. This position requires outstanding customer service skills.

 

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:  Graduate (or current student) from vocational/technical school.  A+ certification or equivalent and 2 years experience in a similar position.  Excellent working knowledge of Windows Desktop operating systems and demonstration of understanding/experience in Microsoft desktop applications.  Previous customer service experience required.  Must have and maintain a valid Arizona driver’s license, automobile insurance coverage, and have access to an automobile.
