• Meet and greet customers.
• Answer the phones.
• Set up appointments.
• Make service recommendations and go over the maintenance
schedule with the customer.
• Write up service requests for the customer.
• Communicate between the technician and customer the problems
with the vehicles.
• Present the facts/needs of the car to the customer.
• Obtain parts from suppliers.
• Follow – up on repair with the technician and keep customer
informed.
• Cash out customers and balance all monies coming into the
shop.
• Complete all appropriate paperwork.
• Keep a clean and organized repair shop for our customers and
fellow employees.
• Deliver superior customer service at all times that is
