Job Description 

NHS is seeking a Therapeutic Staff Support (TSS) for its BHRS program servicing Mifflin/Juniata County areas. 

 

Hours:    Variable

 

Salary:    $12.00 per hour

 

General Responsibilities include but not limited to:  One-on-one treatment plan implementation with behaviorally challenged children/adolescents at home/school or in the community. 

 


Job Requirements 

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Sociology, Education, Criminal Justice, or similar human service field; Bachelor's degree in other field + 1 year paid experience working directly with children/adolescents; Licensed RN + 1 year paid experience working directly with children/adolescents; Associates Degree in Psychology or Human Service Related Field or 60 credits towards Bachelor's degree + 3 years paid working experience with children.

 

Child abuse clearance, criminal background check required per OAPSA and Child Protective Services Act, and FBI clearances. Must have PA driver's license with clean driving record. Point to point mileage reimbursement.
