EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- College degree or equivalent work experience required.
- At least 1-2 years of experience directly administering STD or FMLA leaves.
- Strong PC and typing skills required.
- Demonstrated analytical and math skills.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of flexibility to adapt to the needs of the organization.
