· Effectively communicating with and coordinating between all personnel including office staff, Project Managers, Superintendents, etc.
· Answering and directing incoming calls to appropriate people
· Updating, typing, emailing and faxing reports for others in the office
· Copying and filing client info
· Communicating with all sub-contractors/vendors
· Must have proven organization and communication skills
· Must have excellent interpersonal skills and client relations experience
· Must be able to multi-task and be self-disciplined
· Must be proficient with software skills- Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
· Experience with Timberline software and experience in the construction industry is required
