Job Description

Ability to perform microscope level assembly, which may include gap welding, ball bonding, MANUAL wedge bonding, deep-access wedge bonding, eutectic die-attach, epoxy attachment, and various soldering processes.  Needs to be able to read assembly drawings and procedures.  Assembly activities require a very good attention to details and a commitment to high standards of quality and workmanship. 



Job Requirements

Microscope level assembly.  Bond and attach microscopic devices and using equipment such as gap welders, wedge bonders, deep-access wedge bonders, tack bonders, ball bonders and die attach stations.
