The successful candidate will:  

• Interacts with HR Central, internal tax, HR and legal contacts, and other vendors.
• Support the Payroll Manager in the coordination and monitoring of payroll for approximately 12,000 employees.
• Provides day-to-day operations support for the delivery of outsourced services
• Work with Payroll Manager to develop and implement strategy for International Payroll.
•  Ensure that the Payroll Vendor maintains and produces accurate feeds to payroll, corporate payroll and accounts for all employee earnings, deductions, taxes, direct deposits, manual checks, time and attendance, pay calculations, special executive payments, severance payments, W2's .
• Develop and implement testing strategies for all Payroll related system enhancements.
• Provides the Payroll Manager with support for audit, reconciliation and accounting of the multi-company, multi-state corporate payrolls and general ledger accounts to ensure compliance with corporate policies/procedures and Federal, State and Local tax codes and regulatory requirements, including international payroll (UK, France, Puerto Rico and Canada) taxation structures.
• Assist the Payroll Manager in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and ensuring that commitment to compliance is communicated to staff, internal and external clients and all other parties

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Expert PeopleSoft payroll experience is a MUST.

• 10 Years Functional experience in payroll, audit, reconciliation, and payroll tax payment/reporting in a multi company/ multi state environment with +5,000 employees.
• 5 Years vendor management of outsourced payroll solution.
• CPP payroll certification preferred.
