We are looking for an exceptional Assistant Healthcare Administrator at Andorra Woods Healthcare Center. The Assistant Nursing Home Administrator will assist the Nursing Home Administrator in establishing and maintaining systems that are effective and efficient to operate the facility in a manner to safely meet residents' needs in compliance with federal, state, local requirements and company policies/procedures in a financially sound manner.

Responsibilities include:
- Monitor, maintain and implement operational policies and procedures to meet residents' needs in compliance with federal, state, local requirements and company policies/procedures.
- Determine the personnel requirements of the facility and hire or arrange for sufficient staff to implement the facility policies and procedures.
-Ensure compliance with federal, state and local requirements.

Job Requirements

*NHA Licensure in PA

*Must have 2-3 years Healthcare Administration experience in Long Term Care in a Skilled Nursing Facility
