SYSTEMS DEVELOPER II
(Hartford)
The Connecticut Judicial Branch is seeking a qualified individual to perform systems analysis and design duties for the development, implementation and maintenance for simple to moderate applications within a mainframe, mini or microcomputer environment. Duties include: Knowledge of principles, problems and techniques of computer programming, application development methodology and tools; state of the art computer programming methods, languages, techniques and tools; computer operating systems, principles and techniques of systems analysis, design and development; project management tools; PC hardware and software skills; oral, written communication and interpersonal skills; technical problem solving and analytical skills; considerable ability to write, test and debug computer programs; identify, analyze, resolve business and technical problems; demonstrated proficiency in current technology and ability to learn and utilize new/future technology.
