Job Description

Lutheran Services in Iowa (LSI) has an exciting opportunity for a Service Coordinator in the Waterloo and Dubuque area. This full-time position oversees administration of supported community living (SCL) and respite services for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities that provides support, assistance, and instruction in areas which facilitate personal growth and independence, and/or relief from the responsibility of caring for a child/adult with a disability.  In addition, this position trains and supervises program supervisor, operates within budget, and ensures compliance with state, federal, and accreditation agencies.



Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in health or human service related field is required; five years experience in the field of services for people with disabilities and three years of supervisory/leadership experience is required.
