The Director of Technical Operations is responsible for overseeing the planning, organizing, and general operations of the Manufacturing, Labeling, and Quality Control departments.  Assures compliance with SOPs, regulatory agencies, cGMP guidelines and abides by all safety and security policies. 

This position supports all LifeSource activities which are directed towards self-sufficiency and the goals and strategic operations of the organization. The Director of Technical Operations will assist departments in diagnosing operational problems, assist in resolving them, and monitoring results. 

This important role will monitor daily activities to assure product availablity, QC requirements are met, and ensures HLA match product orders and fractionator shipments are made. This role manages a team approach to the identification and development of SOPs, validation protocols, new projects, computer upgrades, and training.Assures compliance and accuracy with SOPs is maintained.
