About our Client:  Do you want to become part of an established successful beverage manufacturer?  Then my client is the company for you.  They will be adding a Production Manager to their team in Fort Smith.  The successful candidate will be responsible for their manufacturing operation.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

The Production Manager will be responsible for:

  • Production performance including efficient production operations, producing product to meet specifications, meeting customer service requirements and maintaining a safe working environment
  • Identifying and implementing continuous improvement projects.
  • Developing and implementing plans to meet long term corporate goals.

 

Requirements

Job Requirements:

The successful candidate will have:

  • A Bachelors degree in Business Management or closely related field.
  • Five to ten years manufacturing management experience in a beverage manufacturing facility.
  • A proven track record of achieving significant results in cost, quality, service and safety.
