Description

Challenger Lifts, Inc., one of the world's leading manufacturers of hydraulic automotive lifts, is looking for a self motivated team player to fill the position of Technical Service Specialist.

 

Qualified candidates should have previous Customer Service/Technical Support experience in manufacturing. Job entails interacting with Customers helping them  troubleshoot mechanical issues over the telephone and determine repair or parts needed. Also entails order entry of Customers' purchase orders.

 

Willing to work in a fast paced environment resolving customer problems.

 

Must have mechanical/ technical aptitude and be proficient with Windows based applications, including Microsoft Office.
