Position – Quality Manager (Part Time)
Duration: 3 + months (19hrs per week)
Location: Fort Washington, PA
Manages quality programs to improve total quality of company product and processes. Oversees implementation and compliance with ISO and other applicable quality standards. Researches, analyzes and reports quality trends and other data. Could possess a Bachelors of Science degree in any one engineering discipline. Three (3) years experience.
Looking for someone with leadership skills. This position as well as the change control process is new within our organization, so need someone who can lay the groundwork to build this into what it needs to be and the fortitude to push our Quality agenda when necessary. Someone who can reach across the aisle to work with various business partners and contract manufacturing sites to ensure change is properly managed and complies with regulations. Experience in Aerospace, Automotive, Telecom, etc. isn’t really going to help the candidate within this position. Need a working knowledge of cGMP regulations and an understanding of what the FDA expects.
