Seeking Virtual Executive Recruiting Consultants.
Welcome to Stewart Cooper Coon, Inc! Our national expansion of our Corporate Recruiting division is underway and we are currently seeking goal oriented professionals to help us grow!
Our focus is on middle management to upper level professionals in multiple functionalities as well as industries, serving clients and partners throughout the United States. We are setting industry standards for a Virtual Recruiting model through our ability to identify, recruit, and match professionals , serving our clients needs with a group of independent recruiting consultants though a team based approach.
The tremendous demand for talented professionals from our clients and partners has created the need for a career minded, aggressive, and entrepreneurial professionals to join our firm.
This position is commission only. Realistic earnings potential for a successful Executive Recruiting Consultant at our firm is 60-75K full time in the first year, then 100K+ in future years. We offer some of the highest payouts in the industry and provide a path for our recruiters into management or senior level recruiting positions. Commissions range 45% - 65%.
Position Description
- Source, recruit, and coordinate the placement of professionals needed to support our current and future clients and partner relationships.
- Leverage relationships with existing clients to maximize recruiting revenue opportunities.
- Use web-based resources to identify sources of new candidates
- Develop and grow existing candidate base through effective rapport building and relationship management skills.
- Utilize various resources including the Internet, resume boards, references, social networks and referrals to source candidates.

Requirements
- 2-3 years of proven professional recruiting experience is required
- High speed internet connection
- Dedicated phone line
- Microsoft Office software and dedicated office computer
- Internet knowledge and skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
