Futrend Technology Inc, an IT and professional service company located in Vienna, VA is searching for a full time Corporate Technical Recruiter to be part of fast growing agile government contractor that brings best value, outstanding quality and top notch expertise to the government to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of public service leveraging technology. Corporate technical recruiter is key to this mission by bringing top performers to Futrend who also shares our core values and core purpose; who is willing to, and able to learn. Ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate the ability to recruit for Government Consulting Companies in metro DC arena and familiar with Information Technology business and terminologies.
Responsibilities:
• Source resumes to identify candidates using various job boards;
• Identify candidates with referral, and networking and cold call when necessary
• Develop job descriptions interviewing hiring managers and or based on RFPs and client’s needs
• Conduct initial phone screen on candidates
• Coordinate interviews and employment application and background check
• Type up meeting notes into Contact Management Systems or Word
• Marketing research and intelligence (researching different candidate tracking system)
• Assist in other office administrative tasks as assigned such as acting as office manager
Position: immediate start
Pay: DOE $65k

Requirements
Key Requirements:
• Must have BA degree with 3-5 years working experience in the Government contractor environment as corporate technical recruiter
• Track record with technical recruiting in federal IT environment
• 45+ wpm typing speed with high accuracy
• Proven success in screening candidates and understand how to assess the soft skills
• Ability to learn quickly; ability to understand Information Technology, Financial and grants management terminology Strong work ethics and organization skills;
• Strong inter-personal communication skills;
• Ability to interview, communicate and understand the requirements from hiring managers
