Description The Franchise Support Specialist responsibilities include, but are not limited to, resolving issues within the Millennium software to franchisees and clinic staff. Interaction:

Direct contact with Franchisees and clinic staff
Direct contact with Harms Software Development Team Principle Duties
Responsible for systematically resolving software and client related issues with high levels of customer service and communication skills
Ensuring clinics are complying with policy within the software by monitoring tasks completed within Millennium with client accounts
Research and identify bugs within the software and report to the Harms software developer
Provide training to franchisees and staff that applies directly with the use of the Millennium software
Additional duties as required or requested by CIO or Director of I.T. Top Priorities
Timely responses to incoming requests through Footprints Helpdesk software
Training and educating the franchisees and staff on software as needed

Requirements

Associates Degree or equivalent work experience
Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong customer focus and reputation for delivering results
Outstanding interpersonal and partnering skills
Proficient with Microsoft Suite products
Prior help desk experience a plus
