The long term care insurance market is expected to grow over the next decade as the US population ages. To meet this demand, we are expanding our sales distribution capabilities through the Career Agent District Leader role. This opportunity combines your sales and leadership skills with the financial strength, market leadership and the name recognition of Genworth Financial’s Long Term Care Insurance Division.

 

As a Career Agent District Leader, you will have the dual role of personal production and building a strong team of dedicated insurance specialists. Your team will help the aging population through out the southern part of Idaho to secure their financial futures and provide quality long term care insurance solutions.

Job Requirements 

To qualify you should possess:

  • 3 years of proven sales and leadership experience in the financial services or insurance industry.
  • Proven track record of consistent sales growth.
  • Proven ability to recruit, develop and retain dedicated career sales agents.
  • Proven ability to develop market strategies, penetrate untapped markets and generate new sales opportunities.
  • Life and Health Insurance license.
