Job Desription:
The Role of a R&R consultant is getting quality information quickly. To join our R&R department applicant must be:
 

• Task oriented, a self starter, and resourceful with a pleasant phone personality while able to meet deadlines.
• A well rounded individual individual who is creative with problem solving is needed for this team.
• Strong internet skills are a must.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Computer skills and Bachelors degree required.

 Qualifications

The credentials of our work-life specialists are as follows:

• Bachelor's Degree in related field and / or 3 to 5 years of related experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Computer skills

At Workplace Options, our Consultants conduct intakes/consultations only after 3 to 6 months of successful case research, after participating in a 5-module (2-week advance training) on customer service, active listening skills, client-specific procedures, and customer role-plays. All service delivery staff are required to complete 16 hours of additional training (on or off-site) each year.

In addition, we have a Consultant Proficiency Program (CPP). This program creates a series of certification requirements and tests that must be passed in order for Consultants to remain employed and advance within our company.
