- Respond to patient questions and or concerns according to WDS Policy
- Answering Telephones
- Scheduling Appointments
- Maintaining Appointment Book
- Confirming Appointments
- Follow up on no shows/cancellation of Appointments
- Register Patients on sign in sheet
- Chart Filing
- Cash Handling
