We develop, manufacture, and market innovative products for the medical and industrial industries.  We are currently seeking a Product Manager to join our winning team in Orangeburg, NY

 

Product Manager

 

Summary:

As the Product Manager you will manage, develop, and implement product and brand marketing activities to maximize sales of our medical device products, with an emphasis in a particular medical specialty.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Establish life cycle requirements and plans for the endoscopy product lines, including new product requirements for development, product launch programs, and post market analysis

  • Interface with R&D and Engineering Team to ensure product requirements are met throughout entire life cycle

  • Develop successful product line positioning tactics and strategies

  • Develop marketing promotional and support materials required for a product line

  • Assist in the creation of training materials for Domestic and International Sales Channels

  • Evaluate and help establish pricing for product line

  • Manage and Develop relationships with key physicians and healthcare partners

  • Assist in generating and monitoring budgets for product line

  • Manage the advertising and public relation requirements/schedule

  • Provide tradeshow marketing and messaging coordination and support

  • Monitor market trends and be proactive in suggesting new market segments, strategic changes, and alliances

 

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work in a fast paced environment while managing multiple projects. The candidate must be able to work well in a team setting, as well as independently, with little to no supervision. In addition, the candidate must have strong oral and written communication skills, along with the ability to work with internal and external customers as required.

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering

  • 3 – 5 years experience in medical device marketing or sales environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

  • Practical Medical/Clinical Experience, such as O.R experience, a plus

  • Travel up to 20% of time
