Americall Group, Inc. has recently opened a 300-seat Call Center. We are currently seeking Call Center Representative (s) to handle outbound sales calls for the customers whom we support. Daily responsibilities will include:
- Answering telephones in a prompt, courteous fashion
- Providing excellent customer service support
- Providing customer resolutions and using critical thinking skills
- Assisting with customer sales and transactions
- Making outbound sales calls
- Keying in / typing orders with basic computer experience
