Performance Improvement Specialist
We have an immediate opening for an experienced Performance Improvement Specialist in the Quality Management Department at our Kingman location.
The purpose of this position is to provide leadership in the coordination and facilitation of the agency’s Quality Management activities, including Performance Improvement, Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, and Utilization Management
Mohave Mental Health Clinic, Inc is located in Northwestern Arizona. We are a private, not-for-profit community center providing behavioral health services to residents of Mohave County, with clinics in Kingman, Bullhead City, and Lake Havasu City. Our clinics provide services to seriously mentally ill and substance abusing adults, eligible children and adults with mental health diagnoses, and any individuals requiring crisis intervention.
Our diverse state and county offers great outdoor activities, and our communities are just a few hours from Phoenix, Las Vegas, the Grand Canyon, and winter sports in Flagstaff.

Requirements
- Master’s degree with 2 years of clinical experience
- OR Registered Nurse (RN) with two years clinical experience
- OR Bachelor’s Degree in related Human Services field with 3 years clinical experience
- OR Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with 3 years clinical experience
- OR promotion from Performance Improvement Specialist II
- Behavioral Healthcare experience required
