Product Manager - Healthcare

My client is seeking a Product Manager to manage all activities related to product lines and services in the Healthcare industry.  The selected Product Manager will take responsibility for the development and implementation of product line plans to achieve company goals. Particular focus is on Diabetes Programs is highly desired, but seeking a wide breadth of product line experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide full product line support including training for sales and customer service personnel and product recommendations

• Conduct research and analysis to identify new products and market opportunities

• Manage new product development process and maintain relationships with vendors

• Schedule vendor in-services and other training within corporate and in the field

• Interface with clinical service components that support and enhance product lines

• Collaborate with marketing communication personnel to develop integrated marketing programs

• Ensure web site has most complete, up-to-date product information

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or Science (MBA preferred)

• 5 years recent product management experience in healthcare products and services

• 3+ years of experience with medical technology (emphasis on diabetes treatment preferred)

• Familiarity with any or all of the following product lines: Diabetic, Wound, Ostomy, Incontinence, and Urological products

• Highly developed organizational, analytical, communication, planning and leadership skills

• Certified Diabetes Educator certification highly desired
