Sous Chef
Our ideal candidate will have two years cooking experience in a dinner house with the ability to sauté, cook, broil, grill, and steam. Experience in fish filleting, cutting, and making a variety of sauces & the ability to handle up to thirty-five orders at a time is required. Must be patient, have good communication skills and be able to train others.
