Comfort Inn & Suites Meriden

 

Seeking a motivated, high-energy sales Director for the Hotel. Searching for a person who is an experienced self starter able to cold call and prospect for new business including sales lead follow-up. Responsibilities include identifying, establishing and maintaining relationships within corporate clients. No hospitality experience necessary but outside sales experience is a must.

Requirements

We will consider candidates with:

  • Direct outside business to business sales experience and proven results 
  • Exceptional organizational skills 
  • Computer proficiency to perform sales work
  • Willingness and ability to work hard 
  • Minimum of 2-3 years consistent employment experience 
  • Capacity to do whatever it takes to make this hotel successful 
  • Passionate 
  • Desire to meet/exceed exceptionally high standards 
  • Positive Attitude 
  • Attention to Detail 
  • Integrity 
  • High degree of self motivation and Initiative 
  • Hospitality experience is welcome but not required.
  • Computer Software Consulting sales is a plus
