Oversee delivery of consumer support services for multiple sites serving persons with mental retardation/developmental disabilities. Supervises personnel to achieve service, clinical and financial objectives withing general resource and reimbursement models. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines through quality assurance activities.
Day to day activities include:
Coordinate the interdisciplinary team for evaluation, selection of the person served and the development of his/her service plan
Coordinates team meetings
Ensure consumer and guardian participation in the development of service plan and personal futures plan

BA/BS in Business, Health Care or a Social Science.
Minimum of 2 years experience providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities. Prior experience as a QMRP is desired.
One year previous supervisory experience preferred
Working knowledge of Federal, State and Local regulations with regard to services to individuals with mental retardation/developmental disabilities.
