open-heart surgery, and facilities including senior living communities, primary
care physician offices, outpatient surgery centers, and wellness centers.
Job Description
In this full-time position (located at Blue Ash until March 2010, then moving to Fairfield Hospital), we’ll rely on you to perform primary source verification on all required elements and analyze practitioner files for initial appointment and reappointment in accordance with government standards, accrediting regulations, and MHP bylaws. You’ll track and monitor reappointment deadlines and expirable documents, analyze adverse or questionable information and recommend follow-up actions, and maintain credentialing database.
Job Requirements
Do you have at least a high school diploma or GED?
Do you have at least 2 years of recent credentialing experience?
Do you have a current CPCS (Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist) or DPMSM (Certified Professional in Medical Services Management) certification? (preferred)
