Generates consumer banking product sales to existing and prospective mass affluent clients by profiling financial needs and performing outbound teleconsulting calls with emphasis on home equity, investment and deposit product sales. Responsible for building relationships with mass affluent clients in assigned markets through sales and providing exceptional customer service.
- Achieves monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals as established by manager.
- Conducts financial needs assessments to identify opportunities to sell loan, deposit and investment products and for relationship development.
- Conducts teleconsulting calls each day.
- Identifies cross sell opportunities and refers business to other business partners.
- Resolves client problems, issues or concerns by providing exceptional levels of customer service.
- Actively marketing products of the Bank.
