Inbound Call Center with Spherion Staffing!!!!
Description
Shift: 10AM-7PM OR 11AM-8PM (need to be flexible)
Weekly Schedule: Monday –Friday + every 3rd Saturday by rotation (3 day weekends adjacent to those weeks, so not to exceed 40hrs/week)
Pay: $12.50/hr
Duties:
- receiving inbound calls from policy holders
- accepting payments
- verifying insurance
- adding, removing, modifying coverage
- managing claims
- supporting field agents as needed
Prerequisites:
- strong data entry and MS Office Skills
- strong math skills
- call center experience
- Spanish a plus
- Property and Casualty (P&C) license a plus
- must pass background and drug screen
