Inbound Call Center Position needed in Nashville, TN!!!! 

Inbound Call Center with Spherion Staffing!!!!

 

Description

 

Shift: 10AM-7PM OR 11AM-8PM (need to be flexible)

Weekly Schedule: Monday –Friday + every 3rd Saturday by rotation (3 day weekends adjacent to those weeks, so not to exceed 40hrs/week)

Pay: $12.50/hr

 

Duties:

  • receiving inbound calls from policy holders
  • accepting payments
  • verifying insurance
  • adding, removing, modifying coverage
  • managing claims
  • supporting field agents as needed

 

Prerequisites:

 

  • strong data entry and MS Office Skills
  • strong math skills
  • call center experience
  • Spanish a plus
  • Property and Casualty (P&C) license a plus
  • must pass background and drug screen
